Summary
The developer's blurb on the App Store describes this puzzler as INSANELY ADDICTIVE (and they do use full caps for it too). I think they're stretching into hyperbole a bit there. It's a fun diversion for a couple of minutes, but the gameplay remains the same through the levels, and it quickly starts to give you sore wrists.

Review
Space Loops an another iOS puzzler with a very simple concept. It's quite a few years old now, and it is showing its age. While newer games have fun features to keep you hooked into them, Space Loops suffers from taking a concept and just repeating it, level by level. It worked for Tetris, bit it doesn't work quite as well here. That's partially because it gets quite wearing on your wrists to make the little flicks and taps that Space Loops needs you to do.
The game itself requires you to make loops with pipes. There's nothing very 'space' about it, except it's on a star background. You have a limited time to lay the pipe, a bar at the bottom ticks down to indicate this, and when you lay it, the bar refills. In each level, you have to complete a pre-set number of pipe loops to do advance to the next level. And then do the same all over again.
I do like a game with a simple concept, which you can dip in and out of when you have time, so I played this game quite a few times when I first bought it, but it soon found myself getting bored with it. The biggest frustration is the manipulation of the pipes using the touch screen. I don't like a game that gives me RSI by Level 5. I think there are other better games out there for the same price, or even for free.
