Will you choose the light side or the dark side? In LEGO Star Wars: The New Yoda Chronicles, you can play lots of fun action packed mini games, taking on the role of either the good guys or the bad guys, as you go on a mission to collect holocrons (little LEGO pieces), which you can earn by shooting at stuff.



A must for any LEGO or Star Wars fan who likes playing without paying. The various games include runners - where you shoot your way through different environments on foot, and space battles where you fire at larger enemies in an arena.



The graphics look gorgeous, especially considering this is a free app for a mobile device. Surprisingly, it does not take up as much memory as I thought it would either - at least when saved to the SD card.



The one thing I did find a bit tricky was the controls. Instead of tilting your device, which I think would have worked best, you have to tap directional buttons on the screen. This works fine for the running levels, as you are just going forwards, but when it comes to levels where your have to turn around, manoeuvring and aiming can be quite hard.



Once you get the hang of the control, however, it is an entertaining game, with great replay-abilty because you can switch allegiance and pay as other characters in the same levels.
