How do I include an image?

Every game review needs at least one image. Adding them into your review is a simple process.

First you need to upload the images. Click on the 'Add Images' link, you can then add up to 4 images at one time. Make sure you update any changes made to your review before clicking the link.

Select the images from your harddrive using the Choose File button.

You can then also add any keywords for your image.

Once you have added all the files, click submit.

To use an image copy and paste the [IMAGEX] tag into the text. Replace X with the image number.

If I wanted to place my first image into the review, I would write [IMAGE1]. Make sure there isn't a space between IMAGE and the number.

If you want to add a caption, you just need to include it inside the tag like so: [IMAGEX My caption goes here.]

How will I be paid?

Reviews are paid for at a CPM rate, which calculates a payment per view, based on the quality of the review (scored out of 10).

To request payment first enter your payment information on your settings page.

Payments are made using PayPal, however Australian residents can also opt to be paid by bank transfer.

On the first of each month if your balance is over $50 (or 50 GBP) an account is created and placed on your Accounts page.

To request payment of a monthly account click on the "details" link, and then "request payment".

Payment is then made on the 1st of the following month as long as the invoice is submitted on or before the 10th. This delay is to allow for the time it takes to receive payments from advertisers.

For instance your January account would be created and placed on your accounts page on the 1st of February. If you requested payment before the 10th of Feb payment would be made on the 1st working day of March. If the invoice was submitted after the 10th of Feb, payment would be made on the 1st of April.

If your balance is less than $50 on the 1st of the month, then it will be carried over to the following month.

Writers with a WeekendNotes.com account can also transfer their balances there.

The minumum amount for transfer is $20. The transfer link is on your accounts page.
