Long waiting/progress time if you don't spend really money
The aim of Battlefront Heroes is to build a powerful military fortress and attack other players to climb your way up the ranking. It has good quality 3D graphics, and fun animation sequences. One of my favourites is when your soldiers get killed, and they turn into ghosts.
To construct your base, you go into the shop and buy farms, food storage, barracks, and training grounds. For this you need workers, which you can also buy. Money comes in three forms: bread, crystals, and gems.
The bread and crystals are earned over time when you have a farm and mine, and by giving upgrades, you increase production. Gems are awarded by completing quests and missions, but the amount you get compared to the amount you need is very low. Like with all Facebook games of this kind, you have to spend real money in order to purchase enough these gems to progress through the game at a reasonable speed. If you choose to play for free, then you will be waiting a long time before you achieve anything.
When you first start the game, you just attack computer players by going on missions, but you can soon start to fight real-time with other players around the world.
Basic soldiers are cheap to train, but do not last long in combat, so it is a good idea to invest in stronger characters, such as flamethrowers and thieves. You can also buy unarmed robots to attack. When it comes to defence, you have walls and mines at your disposal.
If you are willing to spend the cash, then you can have good fun with this game, but it will end up costing you a small fortune. Playing for free may keep you entertained for a few hours, but will get boring pretty quickly.
